Local Store Marketing Coordinator
Pizza Ranch is seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator whose primary role is to build the brand and drive sales through print and digital marketing, Community Impact events, social media, community outreach, catering, canvassing, and business development.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Marketing Support & Administration:
● Support franchise owners, regional directors, and general managers by being the key marketing contact, answering questions, and assisting with one-off requests. ● Write weekly marketing notes and present to restaurant managers on monthly calls. ● Work with the general manager on local in-store marketing initiatives put in place by Pizza Ranch Corporate. ● Maintain content (stores, hours, photos, menus, etc,) on PR Website and third-party services., Yelp, Google, Yext, and Bing, Third-Party Delivery Services. ● Social media: ○ Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand ○ Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts ○ Content management ○ Reputation management. ● Community Impact Nights, help identify targets, assist with an operation plan, secure an event and the procedure for running the event and follow up. Training the staff and management on every aspect needed to run a successful Community Impact Night. Maintain Community Impact Calendar. ● Maintain local event calendar. ● Build customer database.
Experience:
Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills required in addition to excellent phone skills. This position requires high energy and a customer service focus while maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Some local travel is required, including community involvement, school visits, etc.
