• Ensure compliance and coordination of all franchise licensing documentation (i.e. FDD, Franchise Agreements, Area Development Agreements, renewals, transfers, ownership changes etc.)

• Prequalify prospective franchisee applicants through initial contact/screening/demographics.
• Lead / coordinate the transfer process with internal teams and existing franchisees.
• Execute marketing & sales initiatives in coordination with CDO (e.g. direct mailings)

• Perform project closeout with electronic documentation in FranConnect and franchise files.  Update website with new restaurant openings, news articles, etc.  Maintain book-of-record for all key franchising documentation.

• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate events (i.e. sales meetings, franchise meetings, tradeshows, Discovery Days, etc.)
• Initiate FDD renewal process and ensure all changes/updates are incorporated into document. Work hand-in-hand with franchise attorneys to finalize the document and submit to the registered states in a timely manner.
• Back-up support for our front desk and other administrative duties if needed (i.e. filling in for PTO days, covering lunches, etc.)
• Assisting with National Conference administrative support duties.
