PR Financial Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Director of PR Financial
Purpose and Objective of Position:
- Create efficiency and enhance communication by supporting and providing administrative assistance to PR Financial Services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide friendly and timely communication within PR Financial®
- Enhance the efficiency of the department by ensuring timely delivery of communication (i.e., mail, faces, postage, etc.)
- Coordinate monthly sales tax reporting and set up new restaurant ID numbers
- Ensure timely delivery of A/R statements by posting bills to Net Client
- Coordinate and document team meetings
- Develop and deliver team communications to external guests
- Provide secondary backup for other administrative assistant roles (i.e., billing and ACH statements, database reporting, sales verification, etc.)
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Associates of Arts Degree- Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Strong communicator, problem solver, and competent in working with technology
